Terms of service
1. Provider
The M8T service is provided by M8T Jakub Jagiełło, ul. Wspólna 16, 08-500 Ryki, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5060129214, REGON 543922130, e-mail [email protected].
2. Scope of the service
The M8T app for TikTok Shop transfers orders from TikTok Shop to the seller's ERP system as sales orders (ZK), sends stock levels and prices from the ERP to TikTok Shop, returns tracking numbers, and checks listing descriptions for prohibited health claims.
3. Conditions of use
- The service is for businesses that have a TikTok Shop store and an ERP system supported by the integration.
- The seller authorises the app in its TikTok Shop account and can revoke the authorisation at any time in the TikTok Shop settings.
- Scope, price and implementation dates for a particular seller are agreed individually in a contract.
4. Seller's responsibility
The seller is responsible for the content of its listings, prices, stock levels and the legality of its sales, including compliance with TikTok Shop rules. The health claims check is a support tool and is neither legal advice nor a guarantee that TikTok Shop will accept a listing.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running continuously, but it depends on external systems (TikTok Shop, the seller's ERP) that we do not control. Liability for damages is governed by the contract with the seller and by law.
6. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. For buyer data we conclude a data processing agreement with the seller.
