M8T is a Polish software company. We integrate online sales channels with merchants' ERP systems, including InsERT Subiekt nexo, and build B2B wholesale platforms on WooCommerce.

We work where online sales meet accounting and warehouse: in the ERP system.
ERP integrations
Two-way data exchange between a shop or marketplace and the ERP: orders, customers, documents, stock and prices. We have experience with InsERT Subiekt nexo.
E-commerce connectors
We connect sales channels such as web shops and marketplaces to the merchant's system, so that orders are not retyped by hand.
B2B platforms
Wholesale ordering platforms on WooCommerce with customer accounts, price lists and price groups, connected to the ERP.
Sales analytics
Sales from several channels in one place, calculated from ERP data.
App
M8T for TikTok Shop
The app connects a seller's TikTok Shop store with the seller's ERP system. We are registering it in TikTok Shop Partner Center as an app in the E-commerce management / ERP category.
The app is not a TikTok product. TikTok and TikTok Shop are trademarks of their owners. We use the official TikTok Shop API.
Orders to the ERP
A TikTok Shop order becomes a sales order (ZK) in the seller's ERP.
Stock and prices
Stock levels and prices move from the ERP to TikTok Shop.
Tracking numbers
The tracking number goes from the ERP back to the order in TikTok Shop.
Listing checks
We check listing descriptions for prohibited health claims before products go on sale.

Example project
A B2B wholesale platform for a Polish producer and distributor of herbal products: company accounts, price lists, order placement and an ERP connection. For confidentiality we do not name the client.
HTTPS
All communication with the app uses an encrypted connection.
Encrypted tokens
Access tokens for TikTok Shop and sellers' systems are stored in encrypted form.
Deletion after 90 days
Buyer data is deleted after 90 days.
Server in the EU
Data is processed on a server in Germany. We do not pass it to third parties.
